Deposits are credited towards your procedure/Appointment & are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. Rescheduling/Cancellations: * 48 hour notice is required. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit and possibly to be unable to reschedule. * If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be rescheduled and lose your deposit.
